The wonton wrappers from this brand that I bought last time were great for making wontons. This time I bought dumpling wrappers so I can make dumplings.
I buy a bottle when it's on sale, then have it ground into small pieces, sealed with oil, and it's the same as the ones sold in stores. Grinding it myself makes it fresher.
