I was surprised to find such delicious fried tofu on Weee; it tasted just like the food stalls in Taiwan, and it was so tender and bouncy. I'll definitely be a regular customer. Tomorrow, I'll blanch the rest and make a cold dish; that should be delicious too. The portion is generous, definitely worth it. Cutting it in half when braising meat helps it absorb the flavor better.

This marbling looks so appetizing! It arrived frozen. I was planning to pan-fry a steak for the kids for lunch, and this is the perfect portion size for a smaller child. I'll fry an egg, drizzle with mushroom sauce, and lunch is done!

It wasn't thickly sliced, but the beef tongue was pretty good; it only needs to be pan-fried before eating.
