The texture is smooth and creamy, without any grainy bits. Whether you're mixing it with noodles, cold dishes, using it as a dipping sauce for hot pot, or making sesame seed cakes, it's incredibly fragrant. Today I used it to dress eggplant, and the kids absolutely loved it.
