I was surprised to find such delicious fried tofu on Weee; it tasted just like the food stalls in Taiwan, and it was so tender and bouncy. I'll definitely be a regular customer. Tomorrow, I'll blanch the rest and make a cold dish; that should be delicious too. The portion is generous, definitely worth it. Cutting it in half when braising meat helps it absorb the flavor better.

It is in good condition. Use it for soup or pancakes.

It's very crispy after being baked in an air fryer. Filled with scallions and eggs with soy milk, it's a perfect Chinese breakfast.
