The best way to cool it is to refrigerate it before cutting it into your favorite shapes. This time I ate it with the taro dumplings that Weee bought. This is my first time buying this; I've never tried it before! I bought two portions, and they look pretty good. I tried one of each. The purple one on the left is sweeter, while the one on the right is milder and less sweet. I prefer the milder one!
