The flavor is authentic however a little too chewy like eating pork jerky. Wish there is a 無骨糖醋排骨(a boneless one) available. Please do consider黃金角. Reheated the ribbon fish and spare ribs 50g of each in a Airfryer at 350ºF for about 2 minutes. It came out great!

Great for Salad Udon. The pork belly was good quality, fresh, and easy to use. The thin slices cooked quickly and were perfect for making salad udon. The meat was tender and flavorful without being too greasy. I’ll definitely buy it again!
