I was looking for black vinegar and this came up, so I bought it for the first time.

I opened it as soon as I received it and stir-fried it briefly; the aroma was wonderful. It's very good!

This soybean paste tastes pretty good, it's more fragrant than regular soybean paste.

The light, thin sesame paste tastes pretty good on salads so far, but it might not have enough sesame flavor if used to make sesame noodles.
