The best black vinegar has to be from Jinmei.
There's quite a lot in one pack. I added two small spoonfuls when making braised beef, and it smelled delicious. I accidentally ate a few pieces, but it wasn't spicy.
I originally wanted to buy Jia Niang Yuan Shaoxing wine, but it was out of stock, so I bought Dan Niang Yuan Shaoxing cooking wine instead, which was also pretty good.

Lee Kum Kee is a trustworthy brand. This soy sauce contains no preservatives, so you can eat it with peace of mind.
It tastes just like the ones from back home; I bought 16 packs this time.
I haven't bought pickled mustard greens in a long time. They can be used to make soup, stir-fry pickled mustard greens with shredded meat, or mix with noodles.
I've heard that three-year aged vinegar is quite good. I'd like to try it and see how it differs from regular aged vinegar.
The individual packaging is quite good; it shouldn't break.
