This is my second time buying sake. I always like to add a little when I cook to remove any fishy smell or enhance the aroma; it tastes fantastic.

The light, thin sesame paste tastes pretty good on salads so far, but it might not have enough sesame flavor if used to make sesame noodles.

You can boil or microwave it. Adding brown sugar makes it even better as brown sugar pearls!
