The Xian Grass Fish Fillets are very convenient because they are boneless and thinly sliced, which saves a lot of preparation time. I really like the texture—it has a nice crunchy and firm bite when cooked properly, with a mild flavor and no strong fishy taste. It's especially good for hot pot and soups because the thin slices cook quickly while maintaining their texture. Overall, it's a convenient and tasty choice for hot pot and everyday cooking. I would definitely buy it again.

My favorite cookies! These cookies are the best and quickest way to satisfy hunger. I sometimes eat them as a main meal. They are crispy and crunchy with scallions, and they are good for the stomach.
