This fermented fish sauce dipping is very good. You can use it as is but you can modify to your liking by adding lime, sugar, mint garlic, hot pepper . I ordered it once sometime ago because I wasn’t sure if it’s good, after trying them I went to look for more but it was out on Weee for a long time. So I bought 3 bottles this time . Thank you Weee for restocking them.

Very tasty very convenient for a crave

Marinate the beef overnight, then cook it – it tastes delicious!

It's a little on the salty side, but there's a lot of it and I don't see many different kinds of pickled ginger for sale, so I use this one.

Ham sausage is delicious, and it goes very well with Jiangxi-style fried rice noodles.

The light, thin sesame paste tastes pretty good on salads so far, but it might not have enough sesame flavor if used to make sesame noodles.
