I've already eaten a lot.

One 15-pound bag. Taste and flavor: Soft and chewy after cooking, with a subtle sweetness. Appearance: Clean, dry, plump grains with a pure white color and high translucency. I haven't eaten it yet since it just arrived, but the expiration date is May of next year, so I'm hoping it's fresh seaweed.

I've tried others, but this is definitely the best.
