Quick, conceient and delicious!

I've always wanted to try spicy enoki mushrooms. I always thought I'd never be able to buy them, but I finally got some this time.

It was delicious and stayed hot/warm the entire time I was eating. I'll definitely buy again and try the different types.

I think the mango flavor is better than the lychee flavor. The konjac jelly is best enjoyed after refrigeration, but it's possible to eat at room temperature as well. Make sure to shake and knead the jelly through the pouch before eating to help break it up and reincorporate any liquid that separates.
