This is a really delicious Sachima (a type of Chinese pastry), I often repurchase it.
I enjoy this broth and but it whenever I have a family gathering for hot pot at home.

I especially love using red leaf knife-cut noodles to make sesame sauce noodles. When my family gets together, I prepare a pot of sesame sauce noodles, and everyone can't stop eating them, having several more bowls. The noodles are especially chewy and not too soft.
