Delicious! I keep buying these black tiger prawns. The ones I've bought recently have been especially full of roe. The prawn heads are absolutely amazing when fried and sprinkled with salt and pepper. The oil left over from frying the prawn heads can also be used to make delicious fried rice. The prawn meat can be used to make pasta. They're quite large!
