The broken mushrooms looked like they'd been sitting for a while; the caps were wide open, but the bottoms were a bit dry and shriveled. I quickly put them in the freezer.
The boxes are a convenient size. Packaging allows for you take the top partially off for ease of access while keeping the lower half of the box to store the drink pouches.
I tried it once in China, and I never knew it was so easy to make it at home!
