This miso-marinated Gindara (Japanese black cod) was absolutely delicious. The fish was rich, buttery, and incredibly tender, with a flaky texture that practically melted in my mouth. It was easy to prepare and tasted like something you would order at a Japanese restaurant. I served it with steamed rice and vegetables, and it made a simple yet satisfying meal. I would definitely buy it again. My portion had a few small bones, so it's worth eating with a little extra care. Other than that, the flavor and quality were excellent.

The red oil shredded ear mushrooms are crispy and moderately seasoned. Just add some chopped green onions, sesame oil and your favorite chili crisp and you can quickly serve the dish!
