I bought this out of curiosity because it's a popular product in Korea for dieting. Regular konjac noodles have a very strong, distinctive smell that requires blanching in boiling water, but you don't need to do that with this one. You just need to rinse it briefly under running water, pour in some soy milk or bibim sauce, and you're done. The texture does feel like konjac, but it goes down smoothly without any unpleasant aftertaste. It's quite filling after eating, so I think it would be helpful for those on a diet. Try adding cucumber or an egg to get some nutrients as well.
