Great for Salad Udon. The pork belly was good quality, fresh, and easy to use. The thin slices cooked quickly and were perfect for making salad udon. The meat was tender and flavorful without being too greasy. I’ll definitely buy it again!

This is my first time buying this; I've never tried it before! I bought two portions, and they look pretty good. I tried one of each. The purple one on the left is sweeter, while the one on the right is milder and less sweet. I prefer the milder one!
