Got the swai fish for a second time it’s fresh and good marinated it with salt, cumin powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,corriander powder and pepper powder along with crushed garlic and cilantro greens and a dash of lemon juice with any oil for 15 minutes and pan fried. Goes well with brown rice or white rice

King Mackerel was great. I fried them and added some tofu and black beans which were also delivered by Weee.

The salmon looked great when I received it. The color was natural, the flesh was quite thick, and it was intact, not loose and crumbly. At 8 ounces apiece, the portion was perfect for one person, ideal as a main course. The most striking feature was its tenderness; the fibers were clearly defined but not dry, with a pronounced salmon oily aroma. It had a rich, moist texture, not dry at all. The center of the salmon was especially tender, with a satisfying elasticity, resulting in a delicate overall texture. The quality seemed consistent; the fillets were evenly thick, and the salmon looked fresh, without any dark color or mushy texture. The salmon itself had a clean flavor with minimal fishy odor; simple seasoning brought out its natural aroma. I like to keep some frozen salmon at home; it's convenient and prevents the natural flavor from being overwhelmed by heavy seasoning. Whenever I crave fish, I can grab a piece and enjoy it with vegetables or rice for a satisfying meal.

The first time I bought this kind of small strips of silkworm, I thought it would be tender if it was smaller, but when I fried it, I found that it would turn black, and there was no moisture and it was very dry. Maybe it was not fresh anymore? We all like to eat silkworms. Last time we bought a big one, we didn't dare to buy it again. It's too disgraceful!
