It's a little on the salty side, but there's a lot of it and I don't see many different kinds of pickled ginger for sale, so I use this one.

Even though the aroma is less aggressive, I found the flavor to be quite salty, so a little goes a long way. Overall, it's a high-quality soy sauce with a fresh taste, but if you prefer less salt, use it sparingly, or can add some sugar , vinegar
