I bought this to add to pancakes or stews. The tofu is on the firm side, so it doesn't seem like it will crumble easily while cooking, and it arrived fresh.

I bought this after seeing other people's reviews that said it looked delicious. It arrived a little thawed, but since it's already like this, I'm going to let it thaw naturally and eat it tomorrow morning. It says it's for 3-4 people, but you can eat it all by yourself. Haha, I think it would be good for two people to share so you won't feel like you're missing out :)
