It's delicious on its own or mixed with fruit and nuts. It's not as thick as Greek yogurt, but it's not the liquid yogurt you drink either; it has a very smooth and silky texture. The plain flavor is a bit sour, which can be balanced with honey or maple syrup. However! If you don't usually like plain Greek yogurt, don't try this one; it's a bit "too healthy."
