It is a traditional wild cucumber with a thick skin and a firm, crisp texture, making it suitable as a cucumber appetizer.

Great for Salad Udon. The pork belly was good quality, fresh, and easy to use. The thin slices cooked quickly and were perfect for making salad udon. The meat was tender and flavorful without being too greasy. I’ll definitely buy it again!
