I like that this Kikkoman Fresh Smooth Aromatic Soy Sauce has a bright color and a milder, fresher aroma than regular soy sauce. Even though the aroma is less aggressive, I found the flavor to be quite salty, so a little goes a long way. It's great for dipping sushi, dumplings, and sashimi or adding to stir-fries and noodles without changing the color of the dish too much. Overall, it's a high-quality soy sauce with a fresh taste, but if you prefer less salt, use it sparingly, or can add some sugar , vinegar
