Very fresh, with vibrant green leaves that weren't wilted. Some of the stems still had soil clinging to them, giving them a natural and reassuring feel. The texture was incredibly tender, with thick, juicy stems that tasted exceptionally sweet. This vegetable has very fine fibers, leaving no residue and offering a wonderfully crisp texture.
