This sesame paste is so fragrant and delicious, it makes everything taste amazing! The moment you open the package, you're greeted by a rich sesame aroma. The texture is smooth and creamy, without any grainy bits. Whether you're mixing it with noodles, cold dishes, using it as a dipping sauce for hot pot, or making sesame seed cakes, it's incredibly fragrant. Today I used it to dress eggplant, and the kids absolutely loved it.

I made it with extra garlic. I've never had real Jiro ramen, but this ramen was delicious.

This is my first time buying this; I've never tried it before! I bought two portions, and they look pretty good. I tried one of each. The purple one on the left is sweeter, while the one on the right is milder and less sweet. I prefer the milder one!
