Great quality and great value. This is great to eat with soap noodles or udon noodles as well on the side. I just put it in the oven for 10 minutes and they came out to a restaurant quality perfection. So glad I ordered this.!!

The radishes were so crunchy and fresh, so I made pickles. Once they are pickled and tangy, you can thinly slice them and put them on cold noodles or in gimbap; they are delicious and don't have that musty smell.
