I often buy sea bass with a split back from Weee , and it's always been great. This time, I bought some golden pomfret to try. My usual way of cooking fish is steaming. The fish had already been gutted, so a quick rinse was all it needed, which was quite convenient. The fish tasted very fresh, with little fishy smell, and the flesh was quite thick. However, compared to sea bass, the flesh was a bit drier and not as tender. Overall, it was good, though perhaps braised would have been even better.

They are giant and fresh

It arrived as a large block of ice, but after thawing, there were 14 shrimp inside. They were quite fresh, and after cooking, they were delicious—very springy and chewy. I would definitely buy them again.
