The ratio of scallions to soy sauce is 1:20. The oil is a bit green, and the first bite wasn't amazing, but it's very flavorful and leaves a pleasant aftertaste, making my stomach rumble. I added cilantro, microwaved it for 30 seconds, and added dried shallots; it went well with the chicken.

I can totally understand why these are often sold out! They're delicious and are wonderful both steamed and boiled. (sorry, forgot to take a photo of the steamed version) Wrapper is the perfect thin/thickness and have a lovely chew when steamed and are really silky when boiled. Each package has about 30 total (2 layers of 15).

The meatball soup is refreshing and delicious; I'd definitely repurchase it.
