Second time buying this
I love keeping dried shiitake mushrooms at home because they add so much flavor to dishes! Once rehydrated, they have a nice chewy texture and a really rich mushroom taste. I also save the soaking liquid to use in cooking because it's full of flavor. So useful for soups, rice, and steamed dishes!
good rice vinegar and not too sour or pungent. great to add for cold noodles, sushi rolls, or sauces. brings out a nice flavor when mixed with soy sauce and sesame oil
It's not too spicy, but it's very fragrant, with a pure chili aroma that goes perfectly with fried foods.
