I love keeping dried shiitake mushrooms at home because they add so much flavor to dishes! Once rehydrated, they have a nice chewy texture and a really rich mushroom taste. I also save the soaking liquid to use in cooking because it's full of flavor. So useful for soups, rice, and steamed dishes!
Umami flavor
these are super yummy and i will be reordering this. I used this in my soup abd i made my green bean bake with them.

It's not a very big can, but it can be used for a while. It's convenient for making any mild soup to have vegetables in, or as a mushroom-y base for a stronger flavored soup.
I'd like to keep the vinegar; it's a bit pricey at 3.99, but it makes the dumplings taste better.
