I'm not from Sichuan and can't eat anything too spicy, so this is just the right amount, but I think people from Sichuan might. . .
The size is really good for grocery shopping.
The beef brisket is well-marbled with fat and lean meat, and looks to be of good quality. Now that the weather is getting colder, I'll have time to make braised beef brisket, which will be enough for two people for several meals. I'd probably buy it again if it were on sale.
It is a sweet and delicious dessert.
I don’t really know how I feel about these because they are cute, but the taste is definitely an acquired taste. I’m going to cook them for a little bit longer to see if the texture sits better with me also.
