It's great for dipping sushi, dumplings, and sashimi or adding to stir-fries and noodles without changing the color of the dish too much. Overall, it's a high-quality soy sauce with a fresh taste, but if you prefer less salt, use it sparingly, or can add some sugar , vinegar
