Great for Salad Udon. The pork belly was good quality, fresh, and easy to use. The thin slices cooked quickly and were perfect for making salad udon. The meat was tender and flavorful without being too greasy. I’ll definitely buy it again!

I bought two trays the other day and they were delicious, so I said I'd buy more. So today I ordered four trays. The mushrooms are just as good as those you pick yourself at the market. Definitely worth buying again and again.

Since it's summer, I bought some napa cabbage and radish to make water kimchi. I should set aside a few small leaves from the inside to use for wraps. For dinner, I'll have pork belly and napa cabbage wraps…

My all time favorite mushroom I usually make a mushroom fried rice not pictured. I enjoy it every time. I will always buy these.
