Got the swai fish for a second time it’s fresh and good marinated it with salt, cumin powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,corriander powder and pepper powder along with crushed garlic and cilantro greens and a dash of lemon juice with any oil for 15 minutes and pan fried. Goes well with brown rice or white rice

The first time I bought this kind of small strips of silkworm, I thought it would be tender if it was smaller, but when I fried it, I found that it would turn black, and there was no moisture and it was very dry.
