Flavor is not too subtle or too strong. It’s enjoyable if you like these flavors as I do. I like that it’s not too strong or sweet, the flavors balance well and I like chewing on the bits like the wolf berries.

They have soup powder packets, which are delicious, but the packets contain mustard seed oil and a bunch of dextrorin; five packets contain about eight sugar cubes' worth of added sugar. I hope they sell plain Takano tofu without the powder packets.
