It's not essential, but it's convenient to have, so I try to keep it on hand. The water used to rehydrate it makes a good broth.

It's so... delicious ㅠㅠㅠ It has a slightly bitter taste of matcha, but it's not too sweet, it's just right. The aftertaste does taste a little like sugar, but it's amazing and delicious that it properly reproduces the taste of matcha latte. It says to drink it with 180ml of milk, but I mixed it a little strong with about 150ml.

Haven’t tried this particular bottle yet but read good things about this one’s flavor.

I add about 2 tablespoons for 5 cups of rice. It has no smell and is easy to eat. My child only eats rice, so I add it hoping they can get some minerals and dietary fiber.

I thought it would be crispy, but it's actually quite soft. It's probably suitable for soups or other dishes, but not for hot pot or spicy hot pot. It's very convenient to use after soaking briefly.

This is the first time I've bought a kilogram, I don't know if it's delicious or not.
