These were so good. Nice quick rice bowl dinner when I don’t want to make dinner. Great amount of sauce to spare for an extra drizzle. The texture is soft. If you have a grill and can grill it, may get a bit firmer texture? Will definitely buy again.

The smelt with roe was delicious and brought back memories of eating at Japanese izakayas. The fish had a nice texture, and the roe added a flavorful little crunch. It was easy to prepare and made a great appetizer or side dish. I’ll definitely buy it again!
