Best chilli sauce

Cholimex fish sauce in a large bottle has a rich, savory flavor, a beautiful amber color, and isn't overly salty. The sturdy plastic bottle and large capacity make it very economical for daily cooking. I often use this to season braised dishes like braised pork or fish, or to make a garlic and chili fish sauce for dipping with rice paper rolls. When making the dipping sauce, you should add a little warm water and lemon to mellow the fish sauce flavor. The positives are its reasonable price and the characteristic aroma of traditional fish sauce. A minor drawback is that the bottle cap sometimes leaks around the rim after pouring if not wiped clean.

The products are genuine and reasonably priced, cheaper than the Chinese supermarkets I usually go to, and the logistics are fast, making shopping very convenient.
