Suitable dishes: Due to its excellent stickiness and water retention, it is ideal for making sushi, rice balls, Korean kimbap, or as a staple food for everyday Chinese and Japanese white rice dishes.

I just wanted to try something new; the ice cream inside was actually just so-so.

The ribs arrived in perfect condition, and the portion was generous, 2-2.22 pounds, perfect for a family. The meat looked fresh, with some cartilage, making it suitable for stewing, braising, sweet and sour dishes, or garlic ribs. The lean and fat ratio was good, resulting in a rich and flavorful stew, and the cartilage was also very chewy. Overall, I'm very satisfied!
