The seasoning was quite good, and the spiciness was just right. The turtle had a slight fishy smell, but it wasn't a big deal. The portion size was about that of a small turtle, which was barely enough to satisfy my craving.

The smelt with roe was delicious and brought back memories of eating at Japanese izakayas. The fish had a nice texture, and the roe added a flavorful little crunch. It was easy to prepare and made a great appetizer or side dish. I’ll definitely buy it again!
