It tastes just like the one you buy in Japan. I add chili oil to it when I'm having shabu-shabu.

The noodles are the best. They don't get soggy easily. Before adding them to the broth, you should separate the noodles strand by strand and rinse them lightly in water to make them less salty.

I liked this brand kimchi because it is very fresh and clean taste,not added up so much sides.. but this time I had to throw all of them..so saggy and not crispy at all.. I don’t know it has been kept too long or? If i order this one again and if tastes like that, I will require fully refund right away.

It’s okay, it’s more tangy than other kimchis I have had. Be careful of opening the jar..
