My favorite red bean paste filling is delicious in zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) and steamed buns.

The expiration date is quite long, so it seems like it can be used with peace of mind.

I think the mango flavor is better than the lychee flavor. The konjac jelly is best enjoyed after refrigeration, but it's possible to eat at room temperature as well. Make sure to shake and knead the jelly through the pouch before eating to help break it up and reincorporate any liquid that separates.

Needless to say, this one is incredibly delicious.

I bought it out of curiosity to try. It wasn't particularly delicious, but it wasn't bad either. It had a firm, gummy texture with a few nuts inside. It was slightly sweet, not as sweet as real gummy candy. Its sweetness is hard to describe; it doesn't taste like pure cane sugar.

These are wonderfully crispy and the hint of cardamom is superb. Perfect amount of sweetness.
