It's difficult to dissolve in cold water; it requires slow stirring and heating to dissolve. I made grass jelly with it, and it turned into grass jelly after cooling, which was pretty good. After turning into grass jelly, I added some Vietnamese banana extract, which has a very chemical flavoring taste. It's better for Taiwanese palates not to add it. It contains lead and cadmium, so I won't buy it often.

The noodles are super thin and smooth, and when cooked they taste just like fresh rice noodles. After trying them, I only buy this brand.

This was my first time trying this hot sauce. It is the perfect spice level and I love using it in all my recipes.
