I made vegetable and pork wontons with bok choy hearts, and they were so delicious! I made the wrappers myself. I also added seaweed, cilantro, egg crepe, and dried shrimp! My mom said they were even better than plain meat wontons. I'll make them again next time.

I hope the baby bok choy will taste good this time. I remember it being very sweet when I bought it before, but the quality has been getting worse and worse, and it even tastes bitter when cooked.
