I just found out that the purple rice in Mojiang is very good. I steamed the purple rice, half rice and half purple rice, which is delicious and healthy.

I fried them. Since they are already dried, they don't jump on me and the cooking time is minimal. They are super crunch, not overly salty or fish. Yummy easy meal with rice. I already put an order for the second purchase.
