One 15-pound bag. Taste and flavor: Soft and chewy after cooking, with a subtle sweetness. Appearance: Clean, dry, plump grains with a pure white color and high translucency. Suitable dishes: Due to its excellent stickiness and water retention, it is ideal for making sushi, rice balls, Korean kimbap, or as a staple food for everyday Chinese and Japanese white rice dishes.

It was neatly and carefully packaged in the plastic containers sold in Japan. Tokyo Central also sells the glass bottle version, but this one was cheaper and had a longer shelf life

The light, thin sesame paste tastes pretty good on salads so far, but it might not have enough sesame flavor if used to make sesame noodles.
