The braising sauce was delicious but a little bland. I added 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, which suited my taste.

It is not just for salads either, because it works awesome as a dipping sauce or a quick marinade for meats and noodles. The flavor is savory and slightly sweet, making everything taste so much better. It is one of those bottles that is super easy to use on everyday meals when you want to make them extra delicious. Having a bottle of this in the fridge is great because it instantly upgrades simple veggies or dishes with almost zero effort.
