It is a tsuyu that isn't very sweet. When eating it with buckwheat noodles, I added a little more sweetness. I think it would be good for udon or other dishes as well. The portion size is also generous.

Shichimi (Japanese seven-spice blend) is used in a variety of dishes, including steak, udon and soba noodles, and pickles.
